Alsus Boutique Hotel - Adults Only - Amoudara (Heraklion)

This place suits me perfectly! The 24-hour reception, poolside snack bar, and delicious welcome drink. On my first stay, the staff returned my forgotten jewellery, so thoughtful! I'm coming back for more.

The hotel was charming with excellent staff and a magnificent location close to the airport. The atmosphere created was exclusive. Savoury and delicious breakfasts with chilled music and lovely drinks, for example, everyone could try something new. Great service was provided here.

I enjoyed being just a few steps from Georgia's Garden, made my morning walks good, and the short walk to the beach was a fantastic way to unwind after a day of sightseeing.

The staff provided really good service, always going the extra mile to assist with our inquiries and bookings. Our room was not only modern but also very comfortable was good. The convenience of being a mere 5-minute walk to the beach added value to our stay. I particularly enjoyed the lovely pool view from our suite.

Staff was super friendly and helped us book stuff and gave good tips. Our room was newly renovated and just like the photos. We had a nice ocean view, and the pool area was cool and chill. Breakfast was small but pretty good, especially for off-season vibes. The location is awesome, just a quick walk to the beach.

I was appalled by the lack of privacy at this supposedly adult-only hotel. The pool area was crowded with locals. Our room's safe was broken, leaving us feeling uneasy , especially when cleaning staff entered without us knowing.

The staff were kind, especially Isabella and Mary, who provided helpful suggestions and a warm welcome. The breakfasts featured delicious Loukoumades and the pool area was beautifully maintained.

The shower water took ages to warm up, only reaching lukewarm!!! The pool area attracts unwanted public access!!! The coffee served had me reaching for alternatives every morning!!!

Staying at the Alsus Boutique Hotel was a joy. The hospitality received from the staff set this place apart. Isabella and Mary were accommodating, always providing helpful suggestions for local sights. The Beautiful Junior Suite with Pool View was gorgeous, clean, and well-maintained. Morning breakfasts featured delicious Loukoumades, a local treat I looked forward to daily. I loved lounging by the lovely garden pool area that, although open to the public, was set up well for hotel guests. I never had trouble finding a sunbed. The music by the pool was often loud was nice. The restaurant had late dining options, but some menu items, like the steak, lacked quality for the price. As an adult-only hotel, the public access sometimes felt a bit crowded during peak times. Despite minor issues, the staff's effort was great, and I am eager to return in the future!

Staying at the alsus was very nice! The pool area seemed like a tropical oasis, and the staff exceeded my expectations during our evening walks. It was just perfect for our couples getaway, and we loved every moment.
